This property of 0.28 acreage and 7,128-square-feet of work space, will become a meeting place of business for the community and business leader of the area.

The Union Centre will revive the honour the historical structure of the heritage buildings. The restoration of these landmarks are of top priority to Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Centre and key to the preservation of Newmarket's heritage.
The main building at 425 Davis Drive, once known as the Union Hotel, designed by John Ough, and built in 1882 by James P. Flanagan, operated as a hotel until 1896. Until 1907, it was the base for James Burker's Newmarket Soda Water Works Company. Patrick Hodgins later took ownership and had the adjacent building at 431 Davis Drive contructed to be his residence and a store.
We hope to bring this once important social hub into the present with a restoration that enhamces the property by providing the necessary updates without compromising the building's architectural integrity.
